Salary: PLN 6,500 – 9,000 gross/month + attractive sales commission system

We design and manufacture packaging machines for customers in Poland and international markets. We're looking for someone to lead the sales of our solutions – from initial customer contact, through technical advice, to contract signing. If you enjoy combining technology with interpersonal communication and want to make a real impact on company results, this position is for you.

What will you be doing:

• Active sales of packaging machines and lines on the Polish and foreign markets
• Handling enquiries and building long-term relationships with clients
• Technical consulting and preparation of technical and commercial offers
• Preliminary analysis of sales contracts and project management at the client communication stage
• Representing RADPAK at trade meetings and industry fairs

What we expect:

• Very good communication skills and customer orientation
• Openness to cooperation with foreign partners
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level (B1/B2)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Category B driving license
• Independence, reliability and consistency in action
• Higher education

Welcome:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably of machinery/technical solutions
• Knowledge of another foreign language (e.g. German, Russian)
• An interest in technology and a desire to understand the product "from the inside"„
