Information clause on the processing of personal data by
Radpak Packaging Machine Factory Ltd.
Based on art. 6 paragraph 1 letters A, B, C and F of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".

- Your personal data: name, surname, position, contact details will be processed for the following purposes.
- Your personal data received from your principal, who is our contractor, will be processed for the purpose of: establishing and maintaining commercial transactions, carrying out the sales process, preparing offers, orders, issuing invoices and other documents related to the execution of commercial transactions, pursuing possible claims or defending against them.
- Your personal data will be processed on the basis of:
- Article 6(1)(B) of the GDPR – necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to its conclusion;
- Article 6(1)(C) of the GDPR – legal obligation incumbent on the controller (e.g. resulting from tax and accounting regulations);
- Article 6(1)(F) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller (e.g. securing commercial documentation, pursuing claims)
- Article 6(1)(A) – consent of the data subject.
- Recipients of personal data may include entities supporting the controller in the areas of legal, accounting, IT, and logistics services, as well as other authorized institutions. These entities process data only at the controller's request and pursuant to agreements concluded with them.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union or to international organisations.
- You have the right to request from the controller access to your data, the right to rectify, erase or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to withdraw consent to their processing at any time; a declaration of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data must be submitted in writing or electronically to the e-mail address j.napora@radpak.pl.
- Personal data will be stored for the duration of the business relationship and, after its termination, for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations) or until the statute of limitations for claims expires.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, or by e-mail: iod@uodo.gov.pl
- Providing data such as telephone number and e-mail address is voluntary and is intended to speed up and facilitate communication.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of a sales contract or commercial cooperation.
- Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner or subject to profiling.
