Description

An automatic line for dosing and packaging bulk products into flat or flat side-gusset bags. The product is measured in a pre-set dose using a weighing dispenser and then fed into the formed bag. Finally, the top of the bag is sealed and cut off.

• – Machine working in start-stop mode, heat-stable welding of laminated foils, PP/PE,

  Tension beam with sensors ensuring proper unwinding of the foil
  o Low and too low foil level sensor – signaling low foil level on the column
  light and sound and operator panel and automatic machine stop at the end of the foil
• – Automatic film guiding on the forming collar – system equipped with 2 photocells
  SICK and DC motor
• – Horizontal welding jaw closing mechanism driven by an asynchronous motor
  SEW/Nord
• – Quick foil connection system using adhesive tape
• Machine top cover for protecting film from dust
• – Powder-coated construction
• – Elements in contact with the product are made of stainless steel
