The Trayformer carton forming machine is designed to form and glue carton corners automatically.
Pneumatic suction cups take flat cardboard blank from the magazine and place it in the conveyor chains that guide it through the glue application station.
The prepared blank is then formed by a servo stamp and glued. The formed tray carton is fed through the out-take conveyor.
