VFFS - Stabilo Bag
An automatic vertical packing machine designed to pack products in Stabilo bags – four pressed and welded along the sides of the bag.
The machine has a mechanism for kneading the bottom of the bag and a mechanism for forming side folds of the bag. The machine can also make a flat bag and a flat bag with a side fold.

– Dangerous areas of the machine protected by safety covers with switches on the front and side doors, with automatic machine STOP function
– Fast film connecting system during film change
– Machine top cover for film protecting from dust
– AC drive for closing horizontal sealing jaws, this can also be a pneumatic cylinder or a servo drive
– Speed regulation by frequency controller
