• The time needed to convert the machine to a different format is approximately 40-60 minutes,
• The machine is adapted to the following types of collective cartons – FEFCO 0201 four-flap carton

Grouping system:

• Shooting conveyors feeding the product into the case packer at correct speed
• Grouping system: placing individual products vertically and counting them via a double index conveyor
• Pushing products from the index conveyor by a servo-driven arm and stacking the product
• Entering product groups from the top of the carton

Cartoning system:

• System for automatic reception of unfolded and bottom-sealed four-flap cartons from a four-flap carton former (separate device, subject to separate order) and positioning them under the product counting and insertion zone
