RKH-09S
Horizontal cartoning machine RKH-09S works in intermittent motion designed to guide the carton in a horizontal position, enabling product loading from the side. Start and stop feeding of cartons with automatic opening and closing of the carton.

- Allen Bradley PLC controller with color touch screen
- Automatic arm inserting the product into the box
- Vacuum system for picking up cartons using suction cups with vacuum sensors
- Carton storage for 10 minutes of device operation with a dedicated plate for each carton size with an adjustable bumper using knobs
- Pneumatic control of the upper cardboard clamps - easy lifting of the clamps using functions from the control panel
- Smooth ejection of packed cartons using electric drive belts (cartons are delivered with the longer side in the direction of movement)
- SICK photocells for checking the presence of product and carton - no carton means no product loading
- Mechanism for guiding the product from the top to avoid "jumping" when pushed
- All adjustment points with position indicators
- Productivity up to 60 cartons / min.
OPTIONAL:
Cardboard box closed with a zipper + glue
- A mechanism for closing the top of the boxes with a lock
- Mechanism for closing the bottom of cartons with glue
The box is closed with glue:
- Mechanism for closing the top and bottom of the box with glue
- Glue applicator with heated hoses and two glue guns
The box is closed with tuck-in:
- A mechanism for closing the top and bottom of boxes with a lock
