- Cartoning machine for operation in start-stop mode
- PLC controller with color touch screen
- Carrying the carton in a vertical position allows loading from the top
- 800 mm long carton warehouse with mechanical carton feeding, manual carton refilling, equipped with low and too low carton level sensors
- Adjustable carton warehouse – changing formats without additional components
- Carton feeding synchronized with the loading and closing system
- The main drive is carried out using an electro-drive
- Smooth ejection of packed boxes using a belt conveyor
- All adjustment points with position indicators
- Speed up to 30 cartons / min.
OPTIONAL:
1. The box is closed with tuck-in:
- Automatic carton bottom forming mechanism
- Mechanical locking of the top of the box
1. The box is closed with glue:
- Mechanism for closing the top and bottom of the box with glue
- Nordson glue applicator with heated hoses and two glue guns
