- Machine works in intermittent motion with impulse sealing jaws for PE films
- Every different bag width requires a new forming tube
- Encoder for measuring without the print mark
- Color touch screen equipped with auto diagnostic and alarms
- Festo pneumatics with an air preparation station - the machine automatically detects too low pressure and automatically switches to STOP, displaying the appropriate alarm on the operator panel
- SICK photocell with microprocessor, for fast learning of marker color contrast
- Dangerous zones of the machine secured with limit switches on the front and side doors with automatic transition to STOP
- Automatic film unwinding system equipped with
- Mounting shaft for reel change – easy tool- freeecise and quick replacement of the foil roll

- Stretching bar equipped with SICK sensor for constant film tension and detecting end

- Sensor for low and too low film level – sound and light signal with HMI message for low level and AUTO STOP with too low film level

– Automatic film guidance on the forming collar
- Festo pneumatic cylinder for closing the horizontal sealing jaws
- Mechanism for fast film connecting during reel change
- Machine top cover for protecting film from dust
- Speed up to 20 bags/min.
