RGH-100 collective cartoning system, which has three main stations: unfolding the carton and closing the bottom, grouping and loading the product, and closing and sealing the top and bottom of the carton with tape.
-
- Forming a four-flap carton from flat cardboard blank
- Wrap around carton magazine for manual replenishing of the blanks, length of the carton magazine ~800 mm, equipped in independently powered belts ensuring correct carton position in the magazine and feeding of the cases
- Low carton and end of carton sensors in the magazine, in case of low carton levels
- The time needed to convert the machine to a different format is approximately 40-60 minutes,
- The machine is adapted to the following types of collective cartons – FEFCO 0201 four-flap carton
- Index carton feeder with stations: feeding, filling, forming and closing the case
- Vacuum generator for feeding blanks from the carton magazine
- PLC control with touch panel on swing arm (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider)
- Two heads applying self-adhesive tape
- FESTO pneumatics
- SICK sensors
- Speed up to 6 cases/min.
Grouping system:
- Shooting conveyors feeding the product into the case packer at correct speed
- Grouping system: placing individual products vertically on their longer side and counting them via a double index conveyor
- Pushing the group of products from the lift into the case with a servo driven arm
- Creating a full product group on the elevator
- Pushing product groups out of the elevator via a servo-driven mechanism
Cartoning system:
- Retrieving four-flap cartons from the warehouse using an electric arm with vacuum suction cups
- Moving a group of products into a pre-formed carton with a servo-driven arm,
