RM-25ACC Twin vertical packaging machine It is an automatic device designed to work with a volume dispenser that measures a given dose packed in a foil bag, i.e. sachet. The device has a handle cutout that facilitates the functionality of the sachet.

The RM-25 TWIN machine is specially designed for packing loose products into plastic bags

A machine for packing rice into sachets works in continuation mode. It is able to pack up to 240 bags per minute!

- Machine works in continuous motion with heat sealable sealing jaws for PP films
- Every different bag width requires a new forming tube
- Encoder for measuring without the print mark
- Color touch screen equipped with auto diagnostic and alarms
- Festo pneumatics with an air preparation station - the machine automatically detects too low pressure and automatically switches to STOP, displaying the appropriate alarm on the operator panel
- SICK photocell with microprocessor, for fast learning of marker color contrast
- Dangerous zones of the machine secured with limit switches on the front and side doors with automatic transition to STOP
- The closing mechanism of the horizontal sealing jaw is driven by an Allen Bradley servo drive
- Mechanism for fast film connecting during reel change
- Productivity: 240 bags/min.
