RM-32AC

Vertical packaging machine RM-32AC works in intermittent motion. The device is capable of making three types of bags: a pillow bag, gusseted bag, and a stabilo bag.

Vertical packaging machine RM-32AC for forming and packing bags with a maximum width of 320 mm

This is the most popular and at the same time the simplest form of packaging intended for a very wide range of products. This type of bag is also called a "pillow".
Expansion of a pillow bag, which has a side fold significantly improved stability , which makes it easier to "put" the bag down.
Bag with a flat bottom and mechanically welded edges it is a very popular packaging in many industries. Attractive appearance combined with expressive graphics makes it possible perfect product display on store shelves.

- SICK photocell with microprocessor, for fast learning of marker color contrast
- Dangerous zones of the machine secured with limit switches on the front and side doors with automatic transition to STOP
- Mechanism for fast film connecting during reel change
- Machine top cover for protecting film from dust
- Contact parts made of stainless steel
- Speed for Pillow bags: constant heat version 70 bags/min. , impulse heat version 55 bags/min.
- Speed for Stabilo bags: constant heat version 50 bags/min.
