    Selection of received CVs

    This is a key stage in the recruitment process, the aim of which is to evaluate and select the candidate most suitable for a specific role or position. During this process, a detailed analysis of application documents is carried out, focusing on checking the competencies that best correspond to the requirements of a given position.

    Verification interview – telephone or online

    After the initial selection of the appropriate candidate, we contact him to confirm the information presented in his CV.

  3. 03

    Practical task (applies to some positions)

    The practical task will include technical positions, including: Mechanical/Automation Designer. The tasks consist in confirming the competences needed to work in a given position.

  4. 04

    Meeting at the company's headquarters

    The person selected from among all candidates is officially invited to our company's headquarters for a meeting with the Director of the department to which the candidate applied.

  5. 05

    Employment offer

    At the end of the recruitment process, the candidate who has been selected and accepted by the decision-makers receives feedback from us about the terms of employment.
